What does a reservation guarantee?

Your reservation guarantees a car at the rate, date and time that you reserve it for if you put a deposit down on it.Without a deposit, it is only a soft reservation, meaning first come, first serve. It does not guarantee a specific make and model of a vehicle, nor can it guarantee a reservation for another date or time. All reservations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation date. All reservations must be placed via phone or email with a friendly customer service agent. We must verify your insurance prior to renting you a vehicle.Cancellation Policy

Reservations are honored for up to one hour after the scheduled pick-up time. We ask that you contact our Reservation Center at (888) 587-7368 if you need to change the pick-up time.

Do I have to have my own insurance?

Yes and no. You must provide at minimum Liability/PIP/Bodily Injury insurances. We only offer collision waivers at this time. Collision waivers are offered at $21.99 per day. Once this is purchased, you must pay for it up front and even if you return the vehicle early, there is no refund on the waivers. If you have full coverage, no charges of additional waivers are applied unless you opt-in for additional coverages.Our waiver coverage has a $300 deductible and will not cover glass, interiors or tire damages.Renter's personal automobile insurance will be verified with their insurance agent.

  • No judgments for $500.00 or more can be filed against the renter in the last 5 years.
  • No driving while under the influence violations in the past 3 years are allowed.
  • If you have to purchase a damage waiver from us, a $300 deposit and a credit check will be required
Are your vehicles well maintained?
Yes, we have an on-site repair shop so in addition to a 20-point safety check each time a vehicle is returned; our service technician inspects our rentals every 3000 miles.
How is your rental day based?
Our rental day is based upon a 24 hour day. For instance, if you rent a vehicle at 9:00 AM, the vehicle is due back at 9:00 AM upon returning. You cannot return a vehicle after hours at this time without prior approval. If you choose to do so, any damages are your responsibility.
Do I pay for my own fuel?
Yes. You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you left with it. There is an $8.00 per gallon fuel charge for any fuel we must refill.
Do you rent additional items?
Yes. We have child booster seats, car seats, toll transponders, pre-paid fuel and GPS navigation systems available for rent.
Do you share my personal information?
Absolutely not! We do not rent, sell, or loan to anyone any information about you. Any information gathered by us about you is only used to quote you.
